A couple days later...

Its been a couple days. I have continued my same drinks every morning. This is now day 4. I can report that my tummy issues have ceased. ( I don't want to say that too loud and jinx it!) For the last year or so I have woken up almost every morning with a stomach ache and have to spend a decent amount of time in the bathroom. This is the first time this has not happened in a long time. I am impressed. I truly hope this upward trend continues. I have high hopes! As for the energy fizz, it has continued to do its job! I drank it slower than usual this morning. It still gave me the pick me up I needed to get things done without any kind of headache. I should have listened to people when they told me clean energy was the way to go sooner. I could not imagine a life without my daily iced coffee...until now. I'm also getting excited over adding a new pea powder meal replacement shake to my plan. I will replace my lunch with it. I'm hoping it helps sustain energy as well as keeps me full. I also am hoping the pea powder protein will help as its one less meal with meat in it that exacerbates my endo symptoms.

There goes my daily coffee...

When I started this, I did not plan on blogging every day, however, I have had the motivation and time this week to do so, so, here it is! Day 2 of my greens, colon sweep, and energy fizz on my never ending journey to make my gut feel better. This morning I decided to separate the drinks. I mixed the greens with the colon sweep ( both berry flavored ) and when I finished that I made my energy fizz drink by itself. This was the trick! The energy was almost instantaneous! I got so much done today and did not have an afternoon dip. I know its only day 2 but it may be safe to say that my daily coffee has come to an end. The energy fizz does not upset my stomach, i works very quickly, and sustains throughout most of the day. I am a satisfied customer when it comes to the Arbonne Energy fizz! As for the greens and colon sweep, my stomach has been doing great! I feel more full over all so I am eating less. I am definitely less bloated than I have been. Thats a major plus! I did not have to run to the bathroom multiple times this morning like I typically do. It was a nice change. I also did not wake up with an upset stomach which is also new. Small changes in the right direction. Stomping those endometriosis symptoms one tiny step at a time!

Day 1 of the Greens & Clean energy

It is estimated that over 10 million people have endometriosis in the United States! See how not alone we are?! Of those 10 million, many go undiagnosed for many years for a multitude of reasons. The symptoms can mimic many different gynecological issues as well as general gastric issues.
